Aussie Fast Food operates a chain of fast food restaurants specializing in authentic Australian cuisine. Our services include:

- Takeaway and delivery services
- Online ordering through our website and mobile applications
- Catering services for special events
- Customer loyalty programs and promotional offers
We strive to provide accurate information about our menu items, prices, and availability, but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Orders and Payment

- Accept delivery within reasonable timeframes
- Report any issues with your order within 24 hours
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or insufficient inventory.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and order volume. We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
For pickup orders, please arrive within the specified timeframe. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be cancelled, and refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
You must be available to receive delivery and provide access to the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for orders requiring special delivery instructions or multiple delivery attempts.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within 5 minutes of order placement. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to food preparation having commenced.
Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
- Cancelled orders within the allowable timeframe
- Incorrect or missing items (reported within 24 hours)
- Food quality issues (with photographic evidence)
- Significant delivery delays exceeding 90 minutes
Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement. We reserve the right to investigate all refund requests and may deny refunds for suspected abuse of our refund policy.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Placing fraudulent or malicious orders
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using automated systems to place orders or scrape data
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Harassing or abusing our staff members
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and applications, including text, images, logos, recipes, and trademarks, are the property of Aussie Fast Food or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
The Aussie Fast Food name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aussie Fast Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any technical issues or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Food Safety and Allergies
We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. However, you acknowledge that:
- Our kitchen handles various allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten
- Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts
- You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions
- We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens
If you have severe allergies, please consult with our staff before placing your order and consider whether our services are appropriate for your needs.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
